Week 1 (processing week) there’s a good chance that your most stressful week of basic training is processing week. Webnavy basic training requires you to pass a baseline physical fitness test, as outlined on the navy’s boot camp website. If you have up to two months before you leave for navy boot camp, we have a plan to get you in shape in the time frame.
